Need a single document notarized? We come to you, anywhere in the DFW metroplex, for any document requiring a notary's acknowledgment, oath, or certification. Common documents we notarize include:
Powers of Attorney (financial, medical, or limited/special purpose)
Affidavits (general affidavits, affidavits of identity)
Vehicle title transfers and bills of sale
Travel consent and guardianship forms for minors — including passport consent forms (Form DS-3053) when only one parent can be present for a child's passport application
General business documents, contracts, and lease agreements (when notarization is requested by a landlord or lender)
Most estate plans involve several documents signed together in one visit — a Financial Power of Attorney, a Medical Power of Attorney, a Directive to Physicians, and a HIPAA Authorization. Rather than pricing these one at a time, our Estate Planning Package covers all four in a single appointment, with one travel fee instead of four separate visits.
$120-185, all-in, depending on location. See the full pricing table on our Fee Schedule.
Married couples signing matching document sets: add $65 for the second person.
If your estate plan includes a Last Will and Testament, this is the package for you. It includes everything in the standard Estate Planning Package, plus your Will — executed the way Texas law requires: on paper, with wet-ink signatures and two independent witnesses.
$155-220, all-in, depending on location. See the full pricing table on our Fee Schedule.
Witness fees are not included in the package price — most clients arrange their own witnesses, but we're happy to help if you need one provided.
We come directly to residents and patients at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals across the DFW metroplex — no need to arrange transportation or coordinate an outside visit for someone who's already dealing with enough. Whether it's a resident updating a Power of Attorney or a family member needing a document notarized at a loved one's bedside, we handle these visits with the same care and discretion the moment calls for.
We know handing over important documents to someone new can feel unfamiliar, so here's exactly what happens:
Identification. We'll verify your identity using acceptable Texas ID, consistent with state notary requirements.
A calm, unrushed walkthrough. We'll confirm what's being signed and answer procedural questions about the notarization process itself. (Notaries aren't permitted to give legal advice — for questions about what a document means for your specific situation, that's a conversation for your attorney.)
A logged record. Every notarization is recorded in our official notary journal, as required by Texas law.
Signing and notarization. You sign in front of us (or confirm an existing signature, depending on the document type), and we complete the notarial certificate.
Backed by a licensed Professional Engineer's eye for detail — notarized with the same precision and care as any professional engineering report.
